SOUTH VIETNAM TOURS FOR DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING TRAVELLERS

HO CHI MINH CITY – CU CHI – TAY NINH – MY THO (5 Days)

Day 1: Home – HCMC

Arrival in HCMC, a very dynamic and charming city in South Vietnam, hotel check-in. Dinner at Ai Han restaurant which is run by some Vietnamese deaf people, and then city tour Saigon by night by bus. Drive back to the hotel for relaxation.

Day 2: HCMC City Tour

Full day enjoy city tour in the biggest and busiest city of Vietnam. You will first enjoy 1 hour’s rickshaw ride through the hustle and bustle of the city, then visit the War Museum. Then You will continue the tour with a visit to the famous Notre Dame Cathedral (Church), Central Post Office, Opera House (outside only), the People Committee House (City Hall – outside only), some of the remained colonial buildings in the city and the famous 27-7 lacquer ware work shop and handicraft center run by the disable. After lunch, the tour is continued with visit to a school for deaf children in HCMC, and enjoy some coffee at the Silence Café’ run by some deaf people. Transfer back to the hotel and rest till dinner at Ngon restaurant  with many local specialties.

Day 3: HCMC– Cu Chi – Tay Ninh – HCMC

Full day excursion to visit two contrast sites: the colourful Cao Dai Holy See of Cao Dai religion in Tay Ninh which is one of the most egalitarian religions as a combination of 5 religions (Buddhism, Confucianism, Taoism, Catholicism, and Islam) and the impressive Cu Chi tunnels system of the most violent battlefields in the Vietnam War. Have set menu lunch in Tay Ninh. In the afternoon, transfer back to HCMC. Enjoy dinner at a vocational school restaurant run by street children

Day 4: HCMC – My Tho – HCMC

Morning transfer to My Tho city located on the Mekong riverside, visit the colourful Vinh Trang Pagoda, then take a wonderful boat ride on the Upper Branch of the Mekong River, visiting local houses and workshops of making coconut candies, fruit gardens, boating through small canals. Have a lovely lunch with the Vietnamese Southern style in a garden. Drive back to HCMC for relaxation. Dinner will be served on Saigon River Cruise along the Saigon River at the end of the day.

Day 5: HCMC – Departure

You will be guided for shopping at the Ben Thanh market. After lunch, transfer to the airport for departure.

HO CHI MINH CITY – DALAT – NHA TRANG

(7 Days)

Day 1: Home – HCMC

Day 2: HCMC City Tour

Day 3: HCMC– Cu Chi

Morning excursion to visit the impressive Cu Chi tunnels system of the most violent battlefields in the Vietnam War. Transfer back to HCMC for lunch. Then enjoy 1 hour’s body massage (included) given by the blind people at Nguyen Dinh Chieu school before going shopping at the Ben Thanh Market. Enjoy dinner at a vocational school restaurant run by street children.

Day 4: HCMC - Dalat

Morning check out the hotel and transfer to Dalat. Have lunch at the traditional Tra Tien tea house. Stop to visit the Tuyen Lam lake, Truc Lam Mediation Hall and Datanla Waterfall. Arrival in Dalat, Check in a hotel.

Day 5: Dalat – Nha Trang

Morning City tour Dalat: Visit The Former Summer Palace of King Bao Dai, Flower garden, Linh Phuoc pagoda,  XQ fine embroidery showing rooms, and go shopping at the Central Market. After lunch, transfer to Nha Trang, check in a hotel and relax till dinner.

Day 6: Nha Trang – Day train to HCMC

Morning check out the hotel, then proceed to the harbour to enjoy a lovely cruise around one of the most beautiful bays in the world. Enjoy Tri Nguyen Aquarium, seafood lunch, swimming, beach massage (excluded) and relaxation on the Tam island. After lunch, transfer to the railway station to board on the 5 star train back to HCMC at 14:55. Dinner on the train.

23:15 Arrival at the railway station in HCMC. Transfer to check in a hotel.

Day 7: HCMC – Departure

You will be guided for shopping at the Ben Thanh market. After lunch, transfer to the airport for departure with sweet memories.

End of service.
